Yes — personalisation is at the heart of Charms By You. Selected pieces can be customised with details such as letters, initials, names or words, depending on the design.

The options available will be shown on the product page. Depending on the piece, you may be able to choose initials, a name, a short word or other personal details.

Please double-check your personalisation before placing your order, particularly spelling and letter choices.

We love creating pieces that feel personal. The customisation options available online will vary by design, but if you have something particular in mind, email us at info@charmsbyyou.com and we'll let you know whether we can help.

We'll always aim to represent our pieces as accurately as possible. As some charms are assembled and personalised individually, there may be small variations between pieces.

We think those little differences are part of what makes something made for you feel special.

There are no rules. The Classic Edit is our more timeless, refined side, while the Playful Edit is colourful, quirky and full of personality.

And you absolutely don't have to pick a side — mixing the two is encouraged.

Where the design allows, yes. We love the idea of changing your combination depending on your bag, outfit or mood.

Our pieces are designed with bags in mind, but how you style them is completely up to you. Always make sure your chosen item can safely support the charm and attachment.

Standard UK delivery is £3.50.

UK delivery is free when you spend £30 or more.

We usually prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Personalised pieces may occasionally need a little extra preparation time. If there's a significant delay, we'll let you know.

Once dispatched, please allow approximately 3–5 working days for standard UK delivery.

These timings are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Eligible non-personalised online purchases can be returned in accordance with your applicable UK consumer cancellation rights.

Personalised and made-to-order pieces are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

However, Charms By You voluntarily accepts requests to return personalised pieces within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original, new condition.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer.

We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.

Yes. You can use the recipient's delivery address when placing your order.
